Applications
Used for cutting off or regulating the flow of liquids, gases, or steam in high-pressure pipelines. Its hard-sealing design ensures minimal leakage and long-term reliability.
The J40H/W ANSI globe valve is suitable for pipelines with nominal pressures ranging from 150 LB to 2500 LB and operating temperatures from -29°C to 550°C. It is widely applied in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries for cutting off or connecting pipeline media. Actuation options include manual, gear, electric, and pneumatic operation.
Design & Structural Features
The valve design and manufacturing comply with ANSI B16.34 and BS1873 international standards.
The valve body features a barrel or streamlined shape, offering an attractive appearance and straight-through flow design, which minimizes fluid resistance.
The closure element (disc) and seat sealing surfaces use conical sealing, providing low closing force, resistance to erosion, and reliable sealing.
The valve seat can be replaceable, allowing flexible pairing with closure surface materials to meet operational requirements and extend service life.
For large-diameter, high-pressure valves, the stem transmission adopts a rising stem design, often with roller-bearing handwheels to reduce closing effort.
Body materials, internal components, packing, and fasteners can be customized according to user requirements or actual operating conditions.
