The flanged metal-seated butterfly valve with multi-layer hard seal uses a precision J-shaped elastic seal and a triple-eccentric, multi-layer metal sealing structure. It is widely applied in pipelines with media temperatures up to 425°C in metallurgy, power, petrochemical, water supply, and municipal engineering for flow regulation and fluid shut-off.
This valve adopts a triple-eccentric design, with both the seat and disc sealing surfaces made of stainless steel with different hardness levels for excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. The valve provides bidirectional sealing and meets the national standard GB/T13927-92 for valve pressure testing.
