High-Performance Butterfly Valve
The 710C high-performance butterfly valve features a double-eccentric disc with a spherical sealing surface paired with a single-piece flexible lip seal. It is designed for applications requiring reliable sealing and precise flow control. The double-eccentric disc design ensures tight sealing, extended service life, and suitability for both rapid shut-off and flow regulation. The valve is suitable for transporting liquids and gases (including steam) in various industrial pipelines, and can handle media such as chlorine, oxygen, high vacuum, sulfur-resistant, or corrosive fluids. Fire-safe design options are also available. Connection types include wafer or lug-style single flanges for large diameters or terminal pipelines.
By utilizing a three-dimensional eccentric principle, the sealing surfaces move in an ideal spatial trajectory, ensuring no friction or interference between sealing faces. Coupled with carefully selected sealing materials, the valve achieves excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance.
