The self-operated differential pressure control valve is an actuator-type product that does not require any external power supply. It can regulate nominal pressure differentials (PN0.1 to PN10) in stages, ranging from 50 mm WC to 0.1 MPa.
It has a wide range of applications:
In industrial combustion furnace systems, it can control the flow ratio of two materials, such as gas and air, to achieve optimal combustion.
In hydrogen-cooled generator sealing oil systems, it controls the pressure difference between sealing oil and hydrogen gas to ensure reliable sealing.
When the low-pressure side of the differential pressure valve is open to the atmosphere, it functions as a micro-pressure valve, where the differential pressure (and thus the force) is effectively zero.
