Design & structural Features
The J41W stainless steel flanged globe valve is made entirely of stainless steel. Its closure element is a cylindrical valve disc, and the sealing surface is either flat or conical. The valve disc moves linearly along the centerline of the fluid flow. According to national standards, globe valves are primarily designed for full open and full close operations, though customized versions can also be used for throttling and flow regulation.
It is suitable for pipelines with a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa – 16.0 MPa and a working temperature range of -29°C to 550°C. Common applications include petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries, where it is used for cutting off or connecting fluid flow. Available actuation methods include manual, gear, electric, and pneumatic.
