Design & structural Features
The stainless steel threaded globe valve is primarily used to cut off or connect the flow of pipeline media, widely applied in chemical industries, including nitrate-related processes. It features a rising stem with open yoke design and a bolted bonnet structure. The design of the rotating stem, handwheel, valve body, and bonnet has been carefully calculated to ensure strength, rigidity, and flow capacity.
An upper sealing seat is integrated into the bonnet to enhance packing reliability in the fully open position and facilitate packing replacement. This valve is suitable for pipelines in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, paper, pharmaceutical, food, water treatment, and thermal power plants, performing reliable shut-off and flow control.
Key Features
Simple and compact design: Elegant appearance, easy to manufacture and maintain.
Durable sealing surfaces: Resistant to wear and scratches, ensuring reliable sealing and long service life.
Short stroke operation: Valve disc travels a small distance, allowing quick opening and closing with reduced valve height.
Precision casting using silica sol: Stainless steel body and bonnet, suitable for water, oil, steam, gases, and certain corrosive liquids.
